Private Green™ - Portable Unit - Toilet
private green portable toilet

Multi-functional Structure

• Portable Toilet
• Portable Shower
• Ice Fishing Shack
• Deer Blind
• Medical Testing Station
• Utility Storage Enclosure
• Below Ground Storm Shelter

Load 32 Private Greens™ on a 48' foot truck versus 14 of the competition that cannot breakdown their size for shipping.

With built-in steel reinforcement and rotationally molded framing, this unit is exceptionally strong yet lightweight.

• Side panels are flat, allowing for easy application of advertising decals.

• Side panel damaged? No problem. The unit allows for changing out side panels in minutes, on-site with only hand tools - no air required.

• Why purchase additional units to satisfy customer color demands? Change the side panels instead - it takes only minutes.

• Recovering units from a hazardous environment? No problem. Each unit can be broken down for sterilization and stored, requiring only a small amount of storage space. This is especially critical when transporting a number of units in a small or irregular container, or if shipment by pallets is required.

• No special skills are required to reassemble the unit upon arrival

1. What is the purpose of this product? Why is there a need for it?

1. Purpose: Provide various industries (primary - portable toilets) with a true knock down (KD) unit that can be transported and/or repaired with no restrictions. Current units require the drilling out of many pop rivets to replace a damaged panel, our panels can be changed in minutes using only a Allen wrench. Further, remote sites can be reached with our unit as it will fit in the back of a small truck (i.e. KD). Since our units are KD over 120 will fit in a standard container vs. 12-14 of current units (which must be pre-assembled due to the time and tooling it requires to assembly one). Our unit with variations also provides for a multitude of other applications (showers, medical shacks, ice fishing shacks, deer blinds, storm shelters, storage buildings). One can change the panel color on our units, pre-assembled units are what they are.

2. What are the [most significant] features of this product?

2. Number 1, it is a true knock down framed building. As stated in #1 it lends itself to an almost infinite number of applications. The unit has steel bar reinforcement and can be stripped down to bare plastic for disposal if necessary (other units must have hundreds of aluminum pop rivets removed prior to disposal). The unit can be torn down completely for sanitizing, a requirement of for using it in a reusable medical environment, it is not feasible to break down current units (time - damage to unit).Current units must mold in geometry to strengthen their units as the sides are stressed members, our units are free standing (we have a frame) and thus are smooth and we have the flexibility to use any number of various materials as side sheets.

3. How will Private Green be beneficial to customers?

3. Your typical small customer (80%+ of market) cannot bid on many events that require a designated color. For example LPGA might want pink, Nascar blue, Waste Management brown, etc. A business is required to either have the colored units in stock or drill out each panel and replace it prior to sending the unit to an event. For approximately (current cost) $65-70 our units can have their side panels changed into any color available (one supplier offers 29 colors). So if an event required 32 units in Purple, a operator could bid on the event with an added cost of only $2,080 - 2,240 instead of $19,200 (@ $600 each) if they had to purchase units for the show. Additionally, after the event they would have 32 Purple units. With ours, they take the panels off and store them for future use. If the operator is in an area that restricts what goes into its landfills (aluminum is restricted in many municipalities across the US) and they have a unit that is not salvageable, they must remove several hundred pop-rivets and metal bits to reduce it to bare plastic. If our unit were damaged beyond repair, all the metal parts can be removed with a spanner wrench and Allen wrench in less than five minutes. We also offer a bare bones unit that the framing is made of reground plastic to reduce cost. Current units cannot be made from regrind. We also have sites in four states and have a stronger infrastructure than any player in the industry.

4. How do these features improve upon older models and competitors' products?

4. Older units are either held together by fasteners (pop-rivets and bolts) or are one-piece molded affairs. See two for an explanation of why riveted together units are not a good investment. One - piece units are heavy and if severely damaged cannot be repaired. Our units are light-weight and can be repaired on-site (riveted units require compressed air or portable electric tools to repair and are cumbersome/labor intensive. One person in a pickup truck can replace any part of our unit in no less than 15 minutes, worst case. Further graffiti proof plastic sheeting is not available for units that require vacuum forming (required of riveted units to form geometry to strengthen their panels to keep their units erect), the heating process alters the composition of the sheet. Our units require no processing before installation and thus do not alter the materials properties.

5. What is unique about this new product in particular?

5. It is a true knock-down unit. It is framed (small portable building) and as such can be used in a multitude of applications. The unit goes together and is torn down easily. It can be used as a portable unit or if the customer wished, the unit can be set in place and left for extended periods.

6. For what industries and applications can the product be used?

6. Industrial, commercial, residential, military, disaster relief, domestic - international, construction, DOT. There is no limit of variations the unit could be modified to fit.
